4. User Registration

Users must maintain password confidentiality. ONTOUR Sports Ltd may remove or change usernames deemed inappropriate or objectionable at its discretion.

Software included with Services is provided "AS IS" without warranty. If accompanied by a separate end-user license agreement, those terms govern use.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Deceive or mislead others
• Circumvent security features
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload viruses or interfering material
• Use unauthorised automated systems
• Impersonate other users
• Violate applicable laws
• Use Services for unapproved commercial purposes or spam
• Post inappropriate or explicit content
• Upload copyrighted match footage without rights
• Manipulate achievements, engagement metrics, or leaderboards using fake accounts

7. User Generated Contributions

Users may create and submit content including text, video, audio, photographs, and graphics. Users represent they own necessary rights and licenses, and contributions do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Contribution Licence

By posting contributions, users automatically grant the company an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute content across any media formats. Users retain full ownership of their contributions.

9. Mobile Application Licence

Users receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on their own devices. Use from Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to those platforms' terms of service.

10. Social Media

Users may link third-party accounts, allowing the company to access and store linked content for availability through ONTOUR.

11. Advertisers

The company provides space for advertisements but maintains no other relationship with advertisers.

12. Services Management

The company reserves the right to monitor for violations, take legal action, refuse or restrict access, disable contributions, and manage Services to protect its rights and ensure proper functioning.

13. Privacy Policy

Users agree to our Privacy Policy. Services are hosted in the United Kingdom; users consent to data transfer and processing there.

14. Copyright Infringements

26. Fan Data Ownership & Control

Users retain ownership of uploaded photos, videos, and posts. The company will not sell personal information or content without consent. Users may request data deletion or export at any time.

ONTOUR may offer optional third-party integrations with ticketing, merchandise, or data providers only with user consent and advance notice.

28. Community Culture Commitment

ONTOUR welcomes all football fans regardless of affiliation. The company reserves the right to remove content or accounts that incite violence, spread hate speech, or damage the spirit of the game.

29. Historical Archive Policy

Matchday posts remain archived unless deleted by the original poster. Deleted content is removed from public view but may remain in secure backup storage for up to 90 days.

30. Club & Brand Impersonation

Users may not create accounts or content falsely representing official clubs, brands, events, or public figures without clear disclosure.

31. Feature & Achievement Integrity

Manipulation of achievements, engagement metrics, or leaderboards using fake accounts, bots, or misleading content is prohibited.

32. Dispute Resolution & Club-Linked Content

If clubs, leagues, or rights holders file valid complaints about linked content, ONTOUR reserves the right to remove or restrict that content per applicable law and community guidelines.
