These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ONTOUR mobile application, website, services, content, software, features, and related products, provided by ONTOUR Sports Ltd, registered in England and Wales at 4 Lytton Road, Barnet, EN5 5BY.
By accessing, downloading, creating an account with, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
Welcome to ONTOUR. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ONTOUR mobile application, website, services, content, software, features, and related products (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”). The Services are provided by ONTOUR Sports Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at: ONTOUR Sports Ltd, 4 Lytton Road, Barnet, EN5 5BY, United Kingdom. Email: hello@ontourfootball.com. By accessing, downloading, creating an account with, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ONTOUR Sports Ltd. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, organisation, club, association, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. ABOUT ONTOUR
ONTOUR is a global football community platform that enables users to:
- Share matchday experiences;
- Upload photos, videos, comments and content;
- Follow clubs, competitions and users;
- Explore football archives and historical matchday content;
- Earn achievements and participate in community features;
- Subscribe to premium services;
- Participate in ambassador programmes;
- Interact with official clubs, organisations, partners and advertisers where available.
2. ABOUT ONTOUR (continued)
ONTOUR is an independent platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to football clubs, leagues, competitions, players, broadcasters, sponsors, stadiums, organisations, or brands do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use ONTOUR you must:
- Be at least 13 years old; and
- Meet any higher minimum digital consent age required in your country of residence.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians who permit minors to use the Services accept responsibility for that minor’s use of the Platform. You may not use the Services if:
- You have previously been suspended or removed from ONTOUR;
- Your use would violate applicable laws;
- You are prohibited from receiving services under applicable sanctions laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to request age verification where reasonably necessary.
4. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we may notify users through:

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the Services.
5. USER ACCOUNTS
5.1 Registration
Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must keep your account information updated. You may not:
- Create accounts using false identities;
- Impersonate another person;
- Create accounts for fraudulent purposes;
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate engagement, rankings, achievements, rewards, promotions, or community systems.

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Restricting access to your account;
- Activities occurring under your account.

- Impersonate clubs, organisations, public figures, or brands;
- Violate these Terms.
5.4 Account Ownership
Accounts belong to the individual or organisation that created and controls them. Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, licensed, or otherwise assigned without our prior written consent.
5.5 Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time through available account settings or by contacting us. Deletion requests will normally be processed within thirty (30) days. Certain information may be retained for:
- Legal compliance;
- Security purposes;
- Fraud prevention;
- Backup and recovery systems;
- Legitimate business purposes permitted by applicable law.

Content may remain in secure backups for up to ninety (90) days following deletion before permanent removal.
6. ONTOUR PASS SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 Premium Services
ONTOUR may offer premium subscription services under the ONTOUR PASS brand. Premium features may include:

- Exclusive achievements;
- Premium badges;
- Increased visibility features;
- Advanced statistics;
- Subscriber-only content;
- Additional features are introduced from time to time.

6.2 Subscription Plans
ONTOUR PASS may be offered through:
- Monthly subscriptions;
- Annual subscriptions;

6.3 Free Trial
ONTOUR may offer a seven (7) day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify trial offers at any time.
6.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable platform provider to charge the recurring subscription fee.
6.5 Billing
Subscriptions purchased through:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play Store; or
- Other authorised payment providers

are billed and managed by the applicable provider. You agree to comply with the payment terms of those providers.
6.6 Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. ONTOUR does not independently provide refunds where purchases are processed through third-party app stores unless required by applicable law.
6.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Previously paid subscription periods remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
6.8 Expiry
When a subscription expires:
- Premium features may be removed.
- Premium achievements may no longer be obtainable.
- Premium badges may disappear.
- Access to subscriber-only functionality may end.

Historical records of achievements earned while subscribed may remain visible.
6.9 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Where required by law or platform rules, reasonable notice will be provided before price changes take effect.
7. USER CONTENT
7.1 User Content
The Services allow users to create, upload, publish, submit, transmit, share, display, and distribute content, including:
- Photos;
- Videos;
- Audio;
- Text;
- Comments;
- User profiles;
- Matchday content;
- Club-related content;
- Achievements;
- Messages;
- Other materials.

Collectively, these are referred to as “User Content”. Users are solely responsible for the User Content they create, upload, share, or otherwise make available through the Services.
7.2 Ownership of User Content
Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights they hold in their User Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of User Content to ONTOUR.
7.3 Licence Granted to ONTOUR
By uploading, posting, publishing, submitting, or otherwise making User Content available through the Services, you grant ONTOUR a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to:
- Host;
- Store;
- Archive;
- Reproduce;
- Copy;
- Modify;
- Adapt;
- Translate;
- Reformat;
- Distribute;
- Publish;
- Display;
- Broadcast;
- Promote;
- Analyse;
- Create derivative works from;
- Use for marketing and advertising purposes;
- Use for investor presentations;
- Use for public relations purposes;
- Use in app store listings and promotional materials;
- Use across websites, applications, social media channels, digital media, printed media, and future technologies.
7.3 Licence Granted to ONTOUR (continued)
This licence exists solely for the operation, promotion, improvement, and growth of ONTOUR and related services.
7.4 User Content Featuring Individuals
You represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained all necessary permissions required to upload the content;
- Any identifiable individuals appearing in your content have consented where required by law;
- The content does not violate image rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or similar protections.
7.5 Public Nature of Content
You acknowledge that content uploaded to public areas of the Platform may be:
- Viewed by other users;
- Shared by other users;
- Indexed by search engines where applicable;
- Featured by ONTOUR;
- Used within club archives and historical content features.

You should not upload content that you wish to remain private.
8. USER WARRANTIES
When uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or possess all necessary rights to upload it;
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- The content does not violate any law;
- The content does not infringe third-party rights;
- The content does not breach stadium rules or venue policies where applicable;
- The content does not contain malicious code or harmful software.

You remain solely responsible for your content and any legal consequences arising from it.
9. CLUBS, LEAGUES AND FOOTBALL ORGANISATIONS
9.1 Independent Platform
ONTOUR is an independent platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to clubs, leagues, competitions, governing bodies, sponsors, players, broadcasters, or other football organisations do not indicate:
- Endorsement;
- Sponsorship;
- Partnership;
- Approval;
- Affiliation.
9.2 Intellectual Property of Football Organisations
All club names, logos, badges, league marks, competition names, trademarks, branding, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing within the Services grants users ownership of any football-related intellectual property.
9.3 Official Accounts
ONTOUR may provide official pages, verified accounts, organisation accounts, or similar features. Verification:
- Is discretionary;
- May be granted or refused without explanation;
- May be revoked at any time;
- Does not guarantee authenticity.

10. BROADCASTER AND MEDIA RIGHTS
10.1 Restricted Content
Users may not upload, distribute, share, stream, or otherwise make available:
- Copyrighted television broadcasts;
- Subscription television content;
- Pay-per-view content;
- Live streams of matches;
- Unauthorised match footage;
- Pirated content;
- Broadcast clips where users lack necessary rights;
- Content that infringes media rights.
10.2 Rights Holder Complaints
ONTOUR reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content upon receiving complaints from:
- Broadcasters;
- Clubs;
- Leagues;
- Competition organisers;
- Rights holders;
- Government authorities;
- Intellectual property owners.
10.3 Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have:
- Content removed;
- Accounts restricted;
- Accounts suspended;
- Accounts permanently terminated.
11. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Users must also comply with ONTOUR's Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms and may be updated from time to time. The following content or behaviour is prohibited:
Violence and Criminal Activity
- Threats;
- Encouragement of violence;
- Criminal activity;
- Terrorism-related content;
- Organised disorder;
- Matchday violence promotion.
Hate and Harassment
- Racism;
- Discrimination;
- Hate speech;
- Religious abuse;
- Homophobia;
- Harassment;
- Bullying;
- Targeted abuse.
Fraud and Deception
- Scams;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Impersonation;
- False endorsements;
- Fake accounts;
- Ticket scams.
Sexual Content
- Pornographic content;
- Sexually explicit material;
- Exploitative content.
Harmful Content
- Self-harm promotion;
- Dangerous challenges;
- Harmful misinformation;
- Content intended to cause harm.
Platform Abuse
- Spam;
- Bot activity;
- Scraping;
- Fake engagement;
- Manipulation of rankings;
- Manipulation of achievements;
- Manipulation of community features.
Commercial Abuse
Without written permission, users may not:
- Run unauthorised advertising campaigns;
- Conduct commercial promotions;
- Sell products through the Platform;
- Use ONTOUR primarily for commercial gain.
12. ENFORCEMENT
We may investigate any suspected breach of these Terms. Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may:
- Remove content;
- Restrict visibility;
- Limit account features;
- Suspend accounts;
- Permanently terminate accounts;
- Report activity to authorities;
- Cooperate with rights holders;
- Take legal action where appropriate.

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.
13. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND RIGHTS HOLDER COMPLAINTS
ONTOUR respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity rights, image rights, or other legal rights, please contact: hello@ontourfootball.com. Complaints should include:
- Identification of the rights holder;
- Description of the protected material;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content;
- Contact information;
- A statement made in good faith that the complaint is accurate.

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before taking action. We may remove, disable, restrict, or investigate content pending review.
14. ADVERTISING, SPONSORED CONTENT AND COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
14.1 Advertising
ONTOUR may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotional campaigns, brand partnerships, and commercial messages throughout the Services. Advertisements may appear within:
- Feeds;
- Club pages;
- Search results;
- User experiences;
- Notifications;
- Premium and non-premium areas of the Platform.

Users acknowledge that advertisements may be targeted based on account preferences, activity, location, club interests, and other information as described in our Privacy Policy.

- Ambassadors;
- Influencers.

- Media organisations.

ONTOUR may introduce future commercial services including:

- Premium experiences.

15. AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME
15.1 Ambassador Participation
ONTOUR may operate an Ambassador Programme allowing selected individuals to promote the Platform, support community growth, and assist with club engagement activities. Participation is entirely voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15.2 Independent Relationship
Ambassadors are not:
- Employees;
- Workers;
- Agents;
- Representatives;
- Partners;
- Franchisees.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between ONTOUR and any Ambassador. Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax obligations and legal responsibilities.
15.3 Benefits and Rewards
Ambassadors may receive benefits including:
- Commission payments;
- Referral rewards;
- Free ONTOUR PASS subscriptions;
- Merchandise;
- Event invitations;
- Promotional opportunities;
- Other incentives.

All benefits remain discretionary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15.4 Programme Changes
ONTOUR may modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Programme at any time. This includes changing:

- Performance criteria.
15.5 Ambassador Conduct
Ambassadors must:
- Act honestly;
- Represent ONTOUR accurately;
- Comply with applicable advertising laws;
- Disclose promotional relationships where legally required;
- Avoid misleading claims about ONTOUR.

16. VERIFICATION AND OFFICIAL ACCOUNTS

- Ambassadors;
- Public figures;
- Journalists;
- Organisations;
- Brands;
- Community members.

Verification does not guarantee:
- Identity;
- Credibility;
- Legitimacy;
- Conduct;
- Accuracy of information.

16.3 Removal of Verification
ONTOUR may remove verification at any time, including where:
- Information becomes inaccurate;
- Terms are violated;
- Impersonation concerns arise;
- Verification criteria are no longer met.
17. AUTOMATED MODERATION AND PLATFORM SAFETY
17.1 Automated Systems
ONTOUR may utilise automated technologies, machine learning systems, artificial intelligence tools, spam detection systems, and human moderation processes to help identify content or behaviour that may violate these Terms. ONTOUR may use automated systems to:
- Detect spam;
- Detect fraud;
- Identify suspicious behaviour;
- Prevent abuse;
- Detect policy violations;
- Protect users and the Platform.
17.2 Content Review
Content may be reviewed by:
- Automated systems;
- Human moderators;
- Trust and safety personnel;
- External service providers acting on our behalf.
17.3 Enforcement Decisions
Moderation decisions may include:
- Content removal;
- Visibility restrictions;
- Warning notices;
- Feature restrictions;
- Account suspension;
- Account termination.
17.4 No Obligation to Monitor
Although we may monitor activity, ONTOUR is not obligated to monitor all content, users, messages, or activity on the Platform.
18. USER REPORTING AND APPEALS

- Harmful content;
- Copyright violations;
- Trademark violations;
- Impersonation;
- Abuse;
- Spam;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Community guideline violations.
18.2 Investigations
We may investigate reports and take action where appropriate. Not all reported content will necessarily violate these Terms.

20. STADIUMS, EVENTS AND MATCHDAY ACTIVITIES

Users remain responsible for complying with:

20.2 Attendance Risk
Attendance at matches, events, and football-related activities is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk. ONTOUR is not responsible for:
- Match postponements;
- Match cancellations;
- Venue closures;
- Travel disruptions;
- Stadium entry refusals;
- Crowd incidents;
- Personal injury;
- Property damage.
20.3 Fan Content
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their recording, photography, filming, and content sharing activities comply with venue rules and applicable laws.
21. CLUB ADMINISTRATOR FEATURES
Where ONTOUR provides administrative tools to football clubs, organisations, leagues, or verified entities:
- Additional permissions may be granted;
- Additional responsibilities may apply;
- Separate agreements may be required.

ONTOUR reserves the right to revoke administrative access at any time. Club administrators must exercise moderation powers fairly and in accordance with Platform policies. Abuse of administrative tools may result in suspension or removal of administrative privileges.
22. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
22.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood those policies.

While we employ security measures designed to protect our systems and user data, no platform, service, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge that use of the Services is at their own risk.
23.3 Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time. Deletion requests are generally processed within thirty (30) days.
23.4 Backup Retention
Deleted content may remain in secure backup systems for up to ninety (90) days before permanent deletion.
23.5 Legal Retention
We may retain certain information where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal obligations;
- Regulatory compliance;
- Fraud prevention;
- Security investigations;
- Enforcement of these Terms;
- Protection of users and the Platform.
24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONTOUR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, AND GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY;
- AVAILABILITY.

- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
- THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
- CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
- THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE.

USER CONTENT IS PROVIDED BY USERS AND NOT BY ONTOUR. ONTOUR DOES NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF USER CONTENT.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
25.1 General Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONTOUR, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOSS OF PROFITS;
- LOSS OF REVENUE;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL.

ONTOUR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- USER CONTENT;
- USER CONDUCT;
- USER INTERACTIONS;
- USER DISPUTES;
- THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USER CONTENT.
25.3 Maximum Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONTOUR’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- £100 GBP; OR
- THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ONTOUR DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
25.4 Consumer Rights
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
26. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ONTOUR, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your User Content;
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable laws;
- Your infringement of intellectual property rights;
- Your violation of the rights of another person or organisation.
26. INDEMNIFICATION (continued)
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification.
27. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
27.1 Suspension
ONTOUR may suspend access to all or part of the Services where we reasonably believe:
- These Terms have been violated;
- Security risks exist;
- Fraudulent activity has occurred;
- Legal obligations require action.
27.2 Termination
ONTOUR may terminate accounts at any time where:
- Users repeatedly violate these Terms;
- Illegal activity occurs;
- Intellectual property rights are repeatedly infringed;
- Platform integrity is threatened.
27.3 Survival
The following provisions survive termination:
- Intellectual Property Rights;
- Content Licences;
- Indemnification;
- Limitations of Liability;
- Dispute Resolution;
- Governing Law;
- Any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination.
28. FORCE MAJEURE
ONTOUR shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Floods;
- Fires;
- Power failures;
- Telecommunications failures;
- Cyber attacks;
- Government actions;
- Labour disputes;
- Epidemics;
- Pandemics;
- War;
- Civil unrest.
29. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of mandatory legal rights available under the laws of their country of residence where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
30. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
30.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, users agree to first contact ONTOUR and attempt to resolve disputes informally.
30.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
30.3 Consumer Rights
Consumers residing outside England and Wales may have additional legal rights under local consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
31. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES
ONTOUR is an evolving platform. Features, functionality, services, integrations, monetisation methods, subscription benefits, reward programmes, ambassador initiatives, club partnerships, advertising products, and commercial offerings may be introduced, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. This may include:
- Features;
- Subscription benefits;
- Community tools;
- Club functionality;
- Ambassador programmes;
- Advertising products;
- Platform integrations.

We are not liable for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of Services.
32. REFERRAL, REWARD AND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMMES
ONTOUR may introduce referral, invitation, loyalty, ambassador, affiliate, reward, achievement, promotional, partnership, competition, incentive, or similar programmes from time to time. Participation in such programmes may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, and performance criteria. ONTOUR reserves the right to:
- Modify programme rules;
- Adjust reward values;
- Change eligibility criteria;
- Introduce participation limits;
- Suspend or discontinue programmes;
- Refuse participation;
- Recover rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Users may not:
- Create multiple accounts to obtain rewards;
- Use automated systems to generate referrals;
- Misrepresent their relationship with ONTOUR;
- Manipulate programme results;
- Engage in deceptive promotional practices.

Referral rewards, promotional credits, commissions, points, achievements, or programme benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
33. APP STORE COMPLIANCE
The Services may be distributed through third-party application marketplaces, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Users acknowledge that:
- Apple and Google are not responsible for the operation of the Services;
- Apple and Google are not responsible for maintenance or support of the Services;
- Apple and Google are not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging claims relating to the Services;
- Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by their respective platform rules.
33. APP STORE COMPLIANCE (continued)
Nothing within these Terms limits any rights available to users under applicable app store policies or mandatory consumer protection laws. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and an applicable app marketplace agreement, the marketplace agreement shall prevail solely to the extent required by that platform.
34. RIGHTS HOLDER EMERGENCY REMOVAL
ONTOUR may immediately remove, restrict, disable, block, demote, or otherwise take action against content where we reasonably believe such content may:
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Violate publicity or image rights;
- Breach broadcasting restrictions;
- Breach league or competition regulations;
- Expose ONTOUR to legal liability;
- Expose ONTOUR to regulatory action;
- Threaten user safety;
- Facilitate fraud or criminal activity;
- Cause significant reputational harm.
34. RIGHTS HOLDER EMERGENCY REMOVAL (continued)
Emergency action may be taken without prior notice. ONTOUR is not required to complete a full investigation before implementing temporary restrictions where immediate action is reasonably necessary. ONTOUR reserves the right to preserve evidence relating to removed content for legal, regulatory, or investigative purposes.
35. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
ONTOUR may undergo:
- Investment transactions;
- Venture capital funding rounds;
- Strategic partnerships;
- Acquisitions;
- Mergers;
- Corporate restructures;
- Asset sales;
- Insolvency proceedings;
- Changes in ownership.

In connection with such events, user accounts, user content, platform data, contracts, intellectual property, and business assets may be transferred, assigned, licensed, or otherwise made available to successor entities in accordance with applicable law. Users acknowledge that continued use of the Services following such transactions may be subject to updated legal terms. Nothing in this section permits the sale of personal information in violation of applicable privacy laws.
36. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Services shall be brought solely on an individual basis. Users agree not to:
- Participate in class actions;
- Participate in representative actions;
- Participate in collective proceedings;
- Act as a representative plaintiff;
- Join claims with other users.

- Economic sanctions;
- Anti-terrorism regulations;

38. SURVIVAL OF CONTENT LICENCE
The licence granted to ONTOUR under these Terms shall survive:
- Account deletion;
- Account suspension;
- Account termination;
- Content removal requests,

- Platform operations;
- Historical archives;
- Legal compliance;

38. SURVIVAL OF CONTENT LICENCE (continued)
Where content has been included in previously published marketing materials, press releases, app store listings, investor presentations, social media posts, or historical archives, ONTOUR shall not be required to retroactively remove such materials. Nothing in this section affects rights provided under applicable privacy laws.
39. HISTORICAL ARCHIVE PROTECTION
A core purpose of ONTOUR is the preservation of football culture, matchday memories, and historical fan experiences. Users acknowledge that ONTOUR may maintain historical archives containing:
- Matchday participation records;
- Tour records;
- Achievement history;
- Club activity history;
- Community statistics;
- Platform analytics;
- Historical rankings;
- Archive metadata.
39. HISTORICAL ARCHIVE PROTECTION (continued)
Following account deletion, ONTOUR may retain and display anonymised, aggregated, or statistical information where permitted by law. Examples may include:
- Attendance statistics;
- Number of posts associated with a fixture;
- Historical club activity levels;
- Aggregate achievement data;
- Historical platform milestones.
39. HISTORICAL ARCHIVE PROTECTION (continued)
ONTOUR may continue to preserve historical records necessary to maintain the integrity, continuity, and accuracy of football archives and historical datasets. Nothing in this section grants ONTOUR ownership of User Content, and personal information shall continue to be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Privacy Policy.
40. PLATFORM EVOLUTION AND FUTURE FEATURES
ONTOUR is an evolving platform and may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, functionality, services, integrations, monetisation methods, subscription benefits, reward programmes, ambassador initiatives, club partnerships, advertising products, commercial offerings, and community features at any time. Future features may include, without limitation:
- Ticketing integrations;
- Merchandise integrations;
- Club-operated pages;
- Premium memberships;
- Loyalty programmes;
- Referral systems;
- Advertising services;
- Commercial partnerships;
- Live data integrations;
- Additional social networking functionality.

Certain features may be subject to additional terms, policies, eligibility requirements, or geographic restrictions. ONTOUR makes no guarantee that any current or future feature will remain available indefinitely.
41. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:
- Notices;
- Updates;
- Agreements;
- Policy changes;
- Subscription information;
- Customer support communications.

Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communications where permitted by law.
42. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Ambassador Programme Terms (where applicable), and any supplemental policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONTOUR regarding the Services. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
