This Cookie Policy explains how ONTOUR Sports Ltd (“ONTOUR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the ONTOUR website, and the equivalent technologies within the ONTOUR mobile application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which it forms part of.

When you first use the ONTOUR website, you will be shown a consent banner. When you first use the ONTOUR mobile application, you will be shown an equivalent consent prompt. Non-essential cookies and analytics technologies are not activated until you provide consent. Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent because the Services cannot function without them. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8).

4. Categories of Cookies We Use

We group the technologies we use into the following categories:

• Strictly Necessary — essential for the Services to operate and cannot be switched off. Usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in or setting your preferences.
• Analytics and Performance — help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. Activated only with your consent.
• Advertising and Marketing — ONTOUR does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any such technologies are activated.

5. Cookies and Technologies Currently in Use — Website

The ONTOUR website currently uses the following:

• Authentication / session (Strictly Necessary) — keeps you signed in and secures your session. Set only where you log in.
• Country preference “x-user-country” (Strictly Necessary, functional) — stores a country derived from your network location to set your default competition view. Lasts up to 30 days and does not identify you personally.
• PostHog analytics (Analytics and Performance) — where used, measures feature usage and performance to help us improve the Services. Activated only with your consent.

6. Cookies and Technologies Currently in Use — Mobile Application

The ONTOUR mobile application currently uses the following:

• Authentication / session storage (Strictly Necessary) — keeps you signed in securely.
• Subscription processing via RevenueCat (Strictly Necessary) — required to manage ONTOUR PASS subscriptions and purchases.
• PostHog analytics (Analytics and Performance) — activated only with your consent.

The specific technologies in use may change over time as the Services evolve. This policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Third-Party Providers

Some technologies are provided by third parties who process information on our behalf:

• PostHog — product analytics.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and network-level country detection.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and infrastructure.
• RevenueCat, together with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store — subscription and purchase processing.

These providers may process information in accordance with their own policies. Further detail on data sharing and international transfers is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. How Long Cookies Last

Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser or app session, or persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period (for example, the country-preference cookie lasts up to 30 days) or until you delete them.

You can manage cookies and similar technologies in several ways:

• Consent controls — use the consent banner on the website, or the privacy settings within the mobile application, to accept or decline non-essential cookies and analytics, and to change your choice at any time.

• Device controls — your mobile device settings allow you to manage app-level identifiers and tracking permissions.

Withdrawing consent will stop future use of non-essential technologies but does not affect processing that already took place while consent was active.
