Brentford Community Stadium
London, United Kingdom · matchday guide
The Gtech Community Stadium is one of the newest grounds in the league, compact and steep, and Brentford have made it a tough place to come. Here is how to do a matchday in west London.
Getting there
The stadium sits by Kew Bridge in west London, wrapped by the railway and the Thames. Kew Bridge station is a few minutes' walk, with Brentford and Gunnersbury stations and South Ealing Tube not much further. There is effectively no matchday parking, so rail and Tube are the way in.
The away end
Away supporters are housed behind one goal, in the allocation at one end of the ground. It is a modern, tight stadium with the stands close and steep, so the atmosphere is better than the size suggests. Give yourself time; the approaches are narrow.
Around the ground
Kew Bridge and the Thames give the area a pleasant, low-key feel, with pubs by the river and Kew Gardens a short walk away. A neat, modern ground and an easy west London one to tick off your list.
