Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including photos, badges, and match history will be permanently removed.
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the ONTOUR app:
- Open the ONTOUR app and go to your Profile page
- Tap the three dots menu to open the context menu
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be queued for deletion immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include:
- The email address associated with your ONTOUR account
- Your username (if known)
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

What Data Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- All uploaded photos and videos
- Match check-ins and attendance history
- Achievement badges and stats
- Chat messages and interactions
- Saved preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
- Secure backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics (cannot identify you)
- Transaction records if required by law (up to 7 years)
Retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Deletion Timeframe
Your data will be removed from public view immediately. Secure backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
